So you are working out 3 times a week and you are not seeing
the the results you think you should. Well check this out
if you want to lose weight then you should be working-out
4 to 5 times a week. 3 times a week is to maintain your current
position. So that's why you have not seen the results
you thought you should.

Need to gain lots of weight 22/8/2004
I love working out. Last year, I gained 40lbs. of muscles
but I need about 20-30lbs. more. I work out like crazy. My
motto is Heavy and Shockmode. Put my body through major
craziness. I would do about 1000 situps, 200 crunches with
100lbs, leg spreaders, and so on. Gain no weight doing stuff
like that 5 days a week. I have used weight gainers and all.
I need help.

If you ask me, as a smoker that also keeps pretty fit, I work
harder to keep fit as I recognise the damage that I am doing
to myself, and try to compensate.

15 reps is too many, 10 is too many, if you want to build muscle
on any muscle group or individual muscle the magic numbers
for fastest growth are 4-6 reps at most. 4-6 reps can be a

I myself am 5'10" and weight about 145 and my body
